Getting started

1. Install

Download jaala for your platform from the download section and install it like any other app.

2. Sign in

Open jaala and sign in with Google or GitHub. Sign-in is used for your licence only; your graph stays on your machine.

3. Let it read your history

jaala finds your Claude Code and Codex session history on your machine and builds your graph from it. The first import can take a few minutes for a long history. New sessions appear as you work.

4. Find your way around

• The tree on the left shows your projects and the topics inside them.
• The canvas in the middle shows the focused decision with the options around it.
• Search finds anything across the graph.
